Host, Sergeant Christine Mannina

Newly retired Sergeant Christine Mannina has investigated over 700 major crimes ranging from domestic disturbances, rapes, and robberies, to missing persons and grizzly murders. In the highly-acclaimed Homicide Investigations division of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, an astounding 95% solve rate and 100% conviction rate made Chris one of the top detectives in the country. Her accolades include Detective of the Year. On The Shift, Women and the Badge, and Real Detective, Chris Mannina earned a loyal, worldwide following for her prowess, determination, dry wit, and communicative skills. She also hosted the short-lived but popular podcast, The Mannina Files. Chris spends her “retirement” investigating cold cases. She also speaks around the country about law enforcement, and teaches criminal justice.

Producer & Co-Host, Colleen Grillo

As a 4x Emmy-nominated talent executive/booker/producer of VIP talent, Colleen has well-honed instincts, passion, and a proven track record for identifying zeitgeist-tapping talent and content. Whilst researching and interviewing experts for a true-crime project, Colleen stumbled upon decade-old footage of Chris and was instantly wowed. A month later, they met at Crime Con and a creative partnership ensued.  Colleen’s interest in true-crime stems from personal experience including two close calls with serial killers. She came of age in the San Fernando Valley when it was a literal hunting ground for a staggering 20+ serial killers including Manson, The Hillside Stranglers, The Nightstalker, and The Golden State Killer. In her early 20’s, Colleen evolved from a potential victim to a sagacious self-protector by learning about criminal psychology, prevention tactics, and self-defense. Colleen is excited for listeners to be similarly empowered by Chris’s captivating stories and life-changing tips.
